As the Digital Integration Lead at Philips, I managed the integration of all digital assets and activities of newly acquired companies, including but not limited to philips.com, the marketing automation platform (e.g., email, web forms, lead processes with CRM leads), social media, and paid media channels such as SEA, paid social campaigns, and display advertising for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
I worked closely with other digital marketers and marketing stakeholders to deliver a seamless digital integration into the Philips ecosystem. I managed the digital integration timeline, maintained a list of deliverables, and provided regular updates to stakeholders. I also collaborated with external vendors to ensure that all digital projects and assets were integrated into Philips' ways of working in a timely manner.

I planned and executed all digital campaigns across the Population Health Management organization. I designed, implemented, and launched marketing automation campaigns via Pardot, engaging with over 100,000 prospects. I was responsible for ongoing nurture campaigns, engaging with CXOs, various organization types, and based on specific needs. I measured and reported the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and advertising, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs). I managed a digital advertising budget exceeding $1 million, leading to the highest lead generation for the PHM business group. I consulted with various groups within Philips to optimize digital campaigns and developed new ways of working to increase efficiency.

In my role as Senior Manager of Digital & Design at Philips Wellcentive, I planned and executed all web SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, and social media campaigns across the organization. I was responsible for the digital integration plan following our acquisition by Philips, resulting in one of the quickest integrations of all digital assets in Philips' acquisition history. I managed branding and design for the Philips Wellcentive brand.

At Greenway Health, I managed a $1 million website redesign, collaborating with several stakeholders within the company and an external web design firm to launch the website without any delays. Working alongside the business development team, I launched a brand-new Greenway Marketplace ("app store") for all Greenway partners.
I was responsible for the long-term planning and ongoing programs for the main corporate site, as well as other company sites and online portals. I ensured that website content was up-to-date, complete, and accurate. By monitoring all website traffic using Google Analytics, I prepared analytics reports that guided marketing decisions based on the best-performing strategies. I also created and designed various graphical elements for web and print while maintaining brand consistency.
