Experience

I lead end-to-end demand generation and digital marketing operations for both our agency and a roster of healthcare and SaaS clients. I architect and optimize martech stacks—including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo—introducing platforms that automate lead capture, accelerate funnel velocity, and ensure clean, actionable data. My team builds lead-scoring frameworks, lifecycle-based nurture campaigns, and multi-touch attribution models that surface pipeline trends and conversion insights in real time.

As head of the Digital Marketing practice, I oversee the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns that align tightly with growth objectives. From top-of-funnel awareness to SQL handoff, I guide content strategy, channel planning, and conversion optimization to drive qualified pipeline. I collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every initiative supports business goals and integrates seamlessly across the customer journey.

I help clients future-proof their digital footprint by optimizing content structure, schema markup, and technical SEO for AI-driven search experiences like Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and Bing Copilot. This includes reworking pillar pages, FAQs, and metadata to ensure content is easily crawlable, contextually rich, and positioned to surface in AI-powered summaries and answer boxes.

I oversee website strategy and SEO execution to improve discoverability, engagement, and lead conversion. I manage cross-functional web builds and enhancements with a focus on UX, CRO, and SEO impact.

I manage paid media execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, and partner channels, using data to optimize targeting, creative, and budget allocation. My work consistently improves lead quality, reduces acquisition costs, and accelerates sales cycles.

Across all programs, I lead performance reporting and analytics—building dashboards and regular reporting cadences that connect channel performance to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. I stay ahead of market and martech trends to continuously refine our demand strategy and deliver measurable business growth.

Senior Director, Digital Marketing

As the Marketing Integration Lead at Philips, I managed the integration of all digital assets and activities of newly acquired companies, including but not limited to philips.com, the marketing automation platform (e.g., email, web forms, lead processes with CRM leads), social media, and paid media channels such as SEA, paid social campaigns, and display advertising for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

I worked closely with other digital marketers and marketing stakeholders to deliver a seamless digital integration into the Philips ecosystem. I managed the integration timeline, maintained a list of deliverables, and provided regular updates to stakeholders. I also collaborated with external vendors to ensure that all digital projects and assets were integrated into Philips' ways of working in a timely manner.

In this role, I played a supportive part in ensuring the success of all existing and planned demand generation campaigns throughout the integration period, utilizing available resources within the Philips organization.

Marketing Integration Lead

As a Campaign Manager at Philips North America, I actively supported three of the largest businesses by orchestrating demand generation campaigns and managing all in-hub activities to drive increased performance. My focus was on campaign performance management of hub activities and providing ongoing performance reporting and consulting to the business.

In this role, I ensured that all campaign activations were planned, set up, executed, and optimized according to defined strategies and development processes, making certain that all foundational elements—owned and earned media—were in place. I coordinated functional teams to provide timely reporting, daily management, and optimizations. Facilitating effective communication and cooperation between the local market team and the activation hub team was a key aspect of my responsibilities. I was certified in Adobe Experience Manager and project managed new web content for demand generation campaigns.

I ensured the timely and quality execution of all in-hub activities with the markets, leading to increased performance and achieving collectively set targets. Aligning the activation ecosystem and targets with the overall KPI framework, I made sure they were appropriately defined and in line with our objectives. By referencing analytics, I supported fact-based decision-making processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.

I developed activation capabilities and practiced change management to effectively drive growth in both the hub and the market on activation marketing topics. Leveraging best practices, I helped streamline activation marketing processes within the market. By focusing on strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven optimization, I contributed to significant performance improvements and enhanced marketing processes across the organization.

Campaign Performance Manager

I planned and executed all demand generation campaigns across the Population Health Management organization.

I designed, implemented, and launched marketing automation campaigns via Pardot, engaging with over 100,000 prospects. I was responsible for ongoing nurture campaigns, engaging with CXOs, various organization types, and based on specific needs. I measured and reported the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

I managed a digital advertising budget exceeding $1 million, leading to the highest lead generation for the PHM business group. I consulted with various groups within Philips to optimize demand generation campaigns and developed new ways of working to increase efficiency.

I identified trends and insights, then optimized spend and performance based on those insights. I managed social strategy and social advertising for the PHM business group as well as other demand generation efforts including webinars, email marketing, and SEO. I collaborated with agencies and other third-party vendors. I evaluated emerging technologies and provided thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. I analyzed results to ensure those insights were integrated into current and future strategies.

Digital Lead

In my role as Senior Manager of Digital & Design at Philips Wellcentive, I planned and executed all web SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, and social media campaigns across the organization. I was responsible for the digital integration plan following our acquisition by Philips, resulting in one of the quickest integrations of all digital assets in Philips' acquisition history. I managed branding and design for the Philips Wellcentive brand.

I measured and reported the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs). By identifying trends and insights, I optimized spend and performance based on those findings. I designed, built, and maintained our social media presence, and collaborated with internal teams to create landing pages, forms, and marketing emails to enhance user experience.

I analyzed results to ensure that insights were integrated into current and future strategies, continuously improving our digital marketing efforts.

Senior Manager, Digital & Design

At Greenway Health, I managed a $1 million website redesign, collaborating with several stakeholders within the company and an external web design firm to launch the website without any delays. Working alongside the business development team, I launched a brand-new Greenway Marketplace ("app store") for all Greenway partners.

I was responsible for the long-term planning and ongoing programs for the main corporate site, as well as other company sites and online portals. I ensured that website content was up-to-date, complete, and accurate. By monitoring all website traffic using Google Analytics, I prepared analytics reports that guided marketing decisions based on the best-performing strategies. I also created and designed various graphical elements for web and print while maintaining brand consistency.
